As experienced cast iron manufacturers, we produce grey iron, SG iron (ductile/nodular), chrome iron, manganese steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys. We handle weights from 1 kg to 800 kg, with monthly casting capacity of 40–60 tons.
Originally founded in a garage pattern shop, GE Patterns grew into a full foundry under CL Robins. Our services span from precision patternmaking to casting, heat treatment, machining, cleaning, welding, testing (spectrography) and finishing.
Using advanced induction furnaces and modern no-bake moulding techniques, our castings offer consistent dimensional accuracy, clean surfaces, reduced machining, and lower scrap rates.
We manufacture high chrome and Mn steels suitable for abrasion resistance in harsh conditions. SG iron offers superior ductility and toughness due to its nodular graphite structure.
Our cast iron product line includes pump casings, chain wheels, crank gears, winch drums, flywheels and valves—all custom-engineered to client specifications.
