Steel All Grades:

GE Patterns & foundry specialise in all grades of steel our steel grades comprise of:

SG Iron All Grades

SG Iron is also known as Ductile Cast Iron, Nodular cast Iron, Spheroidal Graphite and Spherulitic Cast Iron. This type of iron suggests that these grades of Cast Iron have a degree of ductility.

Cast Iron All Grades

There are various types of cast iron that are produced using different hat treatment and processing techniques , these include gray iron , white iron , malleable iron , ductile iron and compacted graphite iron.

Manganese All Grade

Manganese is a hard, brittle, silvery metal that is often found  in minerals that are combined with iron.

Stainless Steel All Grades

There are 3 main types of stainless steel, these are:

Stainless Steel There are two main characteristics of this type of stainless steel. First of all, a large amount of chromium is included in the production of austenitic stainless steel. Items made with this material are more resistant to corrosion. Second, these items tend not to be magnetic, although they can be made magnetic through a cold forming process. These are the most common types of stainless steel alloys.

Ferritic Stainless Steel

This type of stainless steel is the second most common type of alloy and is also magnetic. Articles made from this alloy can be hardened by cold working and also tend to be cheaper than other types due to the lower nickel content.

Martensitic Stainless Steel

This material is the least common type of stainless steel alloy. Martensitic stainless steel is used in applications where high tensile strength or high impact strength is required. In many cases, this material is also combined with a protective polymer layer to improve corrosion resistance.

Chrome All Grades

There are two grades that Chrome ore is divided into, these are first and second grade Chrome or Hard Chrome Plating & Thin dense Chrome Plating.

We Also Offer Non- Ferrous Grades Of Steel.
